Fishbug rides again!

The Fishbuggers have been working hard the past few weeks. We’ve been sorting and mending and painting and repairing to get the Fishbug ready for her journey down to Southern California for the Beyond Wonderland event on March 19th in San Bernadino.

This weekend, folks braved the rain and got lots of good work done. At the Shipyard, we posse’d up around the table indoors and cleaned, labeled, and re-primed the hinges and their brackets, while grooving to Guns n’ Roses, Al Green and other oddities on our favorite bizarre and eclectic iPod!

At the DSC, there was studious beer drinking and also work was done on the systems, including the powedercoating of the manifolds! Ooooooh. It was cool.

We’ll be continuing to work lots and lots over the next couple of weeks, gearing up to pack her into a snug little container and ship her off for the party. Stay tuned for details!
